$30.00 per child (10 guest minimum/19 maximum) A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at booking. Parties last 2 hours, additional time may be added at 30min. increments for $7 per guest. We offer art projects at an additional $12 per child. Parties must have a 72hour cancellation policy as to not lose their deposit. You bring the cake, pinata, food and drinks. We can provide you with tables, chairs, etc. If you would like us to provide the food and beverages, additional charges will apply.  Feel free to call us at 859-806-1000 with any party planning questions.

 A typical 2 hour party example:  Party 3p.m-5p.m.

3p.m. Arrive at farm - Mingle and eat pizza or snacks

3:15 Party Leader will call children to the barn to begin grooming horses and tacking up

3:30 Riding w/personal instructor(s)

4:15 Take horses back to the barn and untack

4:25 Begin Art Project if chosen one

4:45 Cake and presents

5:00 Clean up and depart

​​Let us help you plan your next field trip or church youth outing. An afternoon of riding horses and being on the farm might be the perfect event for your youth.  We can provide farm fresh sack lunches and fruit, floral decorations, and more. Or, you can bring your own.​​
